The problem
Mid-pandemic, travelers needed verified COVID-19 test results that satisfied airline and border requirements — fast, secure, and impossible to fake. Randox, the UK's largest diagnostics company, needed that workflow in its passengers' pockets, on both app stores, under real regulatory scrutiny.
What we built
We designed and built CertiFly for iOS and Android with React Native over a Node.js and REST API backend. The app securely processes test results end to end and issues verified certification a traveler can present at check-in — with the security posture a diagnostics company demands.
Where it landed
CertiFly shipped on both the App Store and Play Store and carried real travelers through compliance during the most scrutinized period in travel history. It remains the kind of work we like to point at: regulated industry, hard deadline, millions of journeys.
